After Karoshi there is finally Super Karoshi part 2 a game by Jesse Venbrux and made available online by ArmorGames.
Play the sequel of Karoshi called Super Karoshi 2. Turn into superman on your travels and complete each puzzle level by trying to launch yourself on the sharp spikes and help others to spike themselves as well.
