Cube Bouchon is a stop-and-go puzzle. Opposite pair of faces are connected by gears, such that sometimes one face is blocked, sometimes the other, and sometimes they gear together. The gearing ratios are 2:0, 1-1, 0-2, and 1-1. The inner mechanism is demonstrated in the video.
The gearing engages and later on all the gears move in coordination. The gearing moves together after some few turns. This puzzle cube looks like having a stop and go mechanism. Sometimes the middle part gets stuck and it is similar to a traffic jam. At first, you will slowly move and then later on the turns will be in good speed. If you are a certified puzzle enthusiast then you will surely find this puzzle toy interesting. You may like to play it alone or share it with your friends.
