About Cabinets of Curiosity

Cabinets of Curiosity was created in 2013 by Alexia Sinclair. It is an archival pigment and measures 1118 X 1410 mm. Alexia created the Frozen Tale series which depicts a narrative around some of the famous visitors of  Skokloster Slott, like Queen Christina and Lorenzo Magalotti. The Cabinets of Curiosity is included in this series and it shows a woman in a voluminous dress looking through a telescope in a library. She portrayed the background scenes of the palace life, with the ethereal dwellers caught in quiet times.
