Do women puzzle more ?
While doing some research about the readers of this puzzle blog I found a report from Telephia. They found out that puzzle and strategy games drive one-third of the total mobile games revenues. This alone is not very interesting but as the report continuous they state that Mobile games appeal to women. Sixty-five percent of mobile game revenue is driven by female wireless subscribers and they are the biggest drivers of revenue for the Puzzle Strategy category; comprising 72 percent of the total share revenue, while men made up 28 percent of the revenue. But can we say that women play more puzzles and strategy games than men and do they also like puzzles like puzzles like Rubik's Cube? Maybe it is time to at a poll to this blog to find out if there are more female or male readers.

Hmmm... Why are competitions like the Google US Puzzle Championship dominated by men?
Well that's what I am looking for. Buy, playing and join a competitions are three different kind of things.
