Color Infection - Flash Puzzle Game
Color Infection is a Flash physics- and puzzle game by TapirGames.
The goal of Color Infection is to turn all of the yellow balls in each level to brown. The yellow balls turn brown when they collide with a brown ball. All of the balls must be brown for the level to be complete.
You can release a ball by clicking on a pink block that holds the balls stationary. Balls without any pink block can only be set in motion by another ball. There are also some kind of switches that make the next ball to go in another direction. Sometimes you can also move ramps by clicking on the same pink blocks as used to release a ball.
Some levels are really challenging and take some time to figure out the right order and timing to release the balls.Happy Puzzling!

Hoshi Saga 3
Hoshi Saga 3 is third part of Hoshi Saga (Hoshi Saga 1 | Hoshi Saga 2
), again Hoshi Saga is a funny addicting point-and-click puzzle game from Nekogames. "Hoshi Saga" means "Search a Star" in Japanese.
The object is to discover a star covered in each of the 30 stages. That's all you get, as said it looks and sounds simple but the truth is different. It's a game of trial and discovery. Your clicks will do something different in each stage. And, yes, there is always a star to be found. The 30 stages in Hoshi Saga 3 are all given a rating, and a general rule of thumb seems to be that the higher the rating, the more difficult the stage. To play all 30 stages you have to solve 20 stages to unlock ten other stages. Just use your 'Point and Click' skills to collect the 36 stars. When you're stuck you can return later to solve the other levels, an automatic save function allows you to return later. Happy Puzzling!

36 Cube - Puzzle Game
36 Cube is a new puzzle game by Thinkfun. 36 Cube is the brainchild of Dr. Derrick Niederman, an MIT Ph.D. who develops puzzles for fun. He came up with the idea while writing a book on whole numbers, after unearthing a mathematical supposition from the 18th century.
36 Cube is an innocent-looking puzzle with a challenging solvability factor. Simply snap 36 boldly-colored plastic tower pieces, six each of six colors, into a square base with 36 welcoming receptacles. Make sure the finished puzzle forms a perfect cube, each color appearing only once in each row and column, all the same height.
I would compare 36 Cube with a kind of 3D Color Sudoku, as in each row or column each color is only allowed once and then you have as an extra the height of each color which just makes it very difficult when solving large game grid. I would also like one enhancement for the online 36 cube game, and that is adding the number of the height of pieces you drag onto the game grid.
36 Cube is available at specialty toy stores and online via Amazon.com. Happy Puzzling!

Clockwiser - Online Puzzle Game
Clockwiser isa free puzzle game designed by Sevens Heaven.
The first Clockwiser puzzle game was released in 1994 for the Commodore Amiga, CD32 console, MS-DOS and MS-Windows. The online version of Clockwiser was brought to you by Peter Schaap, Metin Seven and Laurens van Beurden.
Object of Clockwiser is to move elements (these include bricks, bombs, transporter units, self-generating diamonds and so on) around the left hand side of the screen and match them to what you see on the right hand side of the screen. This has to be done inside a limited time period.
Elements can be moved in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction. To move elements around you must first create a rectangular path. To do this, take the mouse pointer to a spot in the playing area where you would like the path to start. Click the left mouse button and, continuing to hold down the mouse button, move the pointer to the position where you want the path to end. Release the mouse button and the path is set. Any block(s) within the path can now be moved. Next, take the mouse pointer to either of the two alarm-clock icons. Each alarm clock represents a direction: clockwise or counter-clockwise. Clicking on a clock will make all of the elements within the line of the path move a single space clockwise or counter-clockwise.
The link above is to the demo version of clockwiser and does not record any highscore or keep track of the latest level you played when you return. If you register your achievements will be recorded into the highscores, the level you reached will be remembered and you will be able to replay previously played levels. Happy Puzzling!

Rubik's Mirror Blocks Review
Almost two months ago I wrote about Rubik's Mirror Blocks and finally I received it as a present last week. Of course I directly scrambled Rubik's Mirror Cube and started solve it.
As usual the first two layers were no problem, but as I didn't remember all Rubik's Cube solving techniques, it took me a while to refresh my memory before I was able to solve Mirror Block completely.
To solve Rubik's Mirror Blocks you can use the same techniques as for Rubik's Cube, but it's much easier with colors (Rubik's Cube) than with different size and heights of blocks (Rubik's Mirror Block). Next to that I found it sometimes hard to align all block to be able to turn a side especially when the largest and smallest blocks are next to each other. This even as it's very easy with my version of Mirror Blocks to turn a side.
I think it's easier for the mind to remember the positions of the block when there are colors on them then there are differences in heights. Probably when people start speedcubing with Rubik's Mirror Blocks it will show that it takes more time to solve Rubik's Mirror Blocks than to solve a normal Rubik's Cube, at least that's what I expect.

The irRegular Game Of Life
The irRegular Game of Life is an unusual puzzle game based on Conway's famous "game of life" (not to be confused with Milton Bradley's Board Game). Be amazed by the fascinating grid patterns that evolve from 4 simple cell rules.
The game of life is a two dimensional cellular automaton. Which was devised by British Mathematician John Conway in 1970. It's not a game in the video game sense, but consists of a 2D grid of cells. Cells in the grid follow a few simple mathematical rules that determine whether they will live, die or multiply in the next generation. Specifically, each cell interacts with its eight horizontal, vertical, and diagonal neighbours, according to four simple rules.
1. Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbours dies through loneliness
2. Any live cell with more than three neighbours dies through overcrowding
3. Any live cell with two or three live neighbours lives the next generation
4. Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbours comes to live again.
Despite having such simple rules the patterns that evolve are remarkable and can vary greatly from only small differences in initial conditions.
Puzzle your way through all42 levels, use the Sandbox to load level solutions or share your own cool patterns. Happy Puzzling
