every puzzle is provided showing the empty locations that need to be filled in by the first three steps of the deductive solution to help puzzlers get started on a solution. For educational use with students, as well as beginning solvers who have little experience working these types of logic puzzles, the step-by-step deductive solutions contains a third version of each puzzle that can be used to find the solution. This version of the puzzle has the step number noted in every empty location indicating the step number at which the value in that location can be logically deduced, given that all previous steps have been correctly solved.
You can print any version of a puzzle by photocopying your kindle showing the puzzle rather than working them out on scratch paper.

The Amazon Kindle has the minesweeper game built-in. It's old-school and keyboard based but it's a nice diversion if you run out of books or you want a break from reading.
To start the minesweeper game on the Kindle, go to the home menu and then press the Alt, Shift, and M key simultaneously. Once the game launches, it'll give you instructions on how to play.
Another company, Puzux, is also offering interactive Sudoku via the Kindle store.
