I can see that there is a story in the picture. It is not just an ordinary drawing which intends to entertain viewers.  I admire this illustration because it looks simple but I can sense that there is a narrative for this drawing. It seems to be playing on some of the surveillance decisions made by the Attorney General. I find this graphic design explicit and interesting.
