In this anamorphic drawing, what really caught my attention is the character who is making the portrait of Naruto. The character looks realistic and I admire the expert utilization of shadowing and anamorphism to create this 3D illusion. This is yet another amazing pencil work by Hideyuki.

About the Naruto 3D Sketch

I have learned that this 3D Sketch was created by Nagai Hideyuki. He clearly demonstrates through this artwork his expertise as a Visual artist. He had drawn this art piece by hand and concentrated on making the characters and other objects to look like they stood in the room with you. Hideyuki has attempted to show how the anamorphic drawing can become a clever optical illusion. Such artwork requires the viewer to stand in a particular spot in order to recognize its wonderful 3D effects.

Most of his art seem to have an object jumping out of the page. He excellently uses the illusion of an angle when two sketchbooks are put together.
