The object is to guide the two balls from the entrance hole to the exit hole.There are in total 26 rooms in the puzzle and the balls will only pass through the holes if the colours match up each side of the hole. It will take a lot of twisting and turning (mental & physical) to get all the colours lined up and the balls to the exit.
